I ship worldwide (wherever United States Postal Service is available and reliable). If you have a DHL account and are outside of the United States please email me at sayran@sayran.com so we can arrange a delivery through your account with DHL.

Orders placed in the US typically arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS after shipping and international orders take a little bit longer depending on the custom policies of your country, typically between 1-3 weeks.

If the country you reside in charges duty or customs fees, SAYRAN is not responsible for the fees, so please be aware of this before you place a order. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding this.

Most of my pieces are made in small quantities to avoid waste or potentially collecting dust. I also like most of the pieces to feel unique and special for the wearer. I do try to restock as often as possible though and make it a priority to do my best in this regard.

Some of my older pieces won’t be brought back for the time being but if there’s any piece you would like to see me bring back feel free to shoot me an email at sayran@sayran.com and I will see what I can do.

• Store your jewelry in an air tight space.
• Remove your jewelry when in water, keeping the piece(s) away from cleansers/detergents. 
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, body lotions and other chemicals. 
• Clean the pieces after use by wiping with a soft dry cloth. 
• Remove your jewelry before going to bed or participating in any physical activity. 

If allergy appears, stop wearing. This is fashion jewelry, not real gold/silver. However, I am constantly improving the materials that I use and currently use mostly gold plated stainless steel metals, some of the best on the market for fashion jewelry.
